Castelli Free Unlimited bib short review
The Castelli Free Unlimited bib shorts are aimed for gravel and adventure riding with plenty of extra pockets to stash whatever you might want to access while riding. The fit and performance are superb, with additions that genuinely make a difference, even if they are not in the way Castelli intended but we'll get into that a little later. Day-long comfort might be an exaggerated phrase by some but, for these, they have achieved exactly that.
Castelli Unlimited Puffy Jacket review
The Castelli Unlimited Puffy jacket is windproof with added insulation, and designed for adventure and multi-day riding. It’s one of the most expensive clothing items available in Castelli's range but it performs brilliantly and it's more versatile than you might expect.
Castelli Unlimited Entrata Jersey review
The Castelli Unlimited Entrata Jersey is a comfortable, relaxed-fitting jersey designed to for use in all styles of riding. With a neutral colour scheme and well-sized pockets, it's a good option for those who need extra storage.
Castelli Unlimited Allroad Jersey review
The Castelli Unlimited Allroad Jersey is designed with a comfortable and relaxed fit rather than an aerodynamic focus. Even though the fit is casual, it is comfortable for extended periods of time and the pockets don't sag or bounce making it one of the best gravel bike clothing options in the Italian brand's range.
Michelin Power Adventure Gravel Tyre review
With very little tread, the Michelin Power Adventure Gravel is a fast-rolling tyre. Despite its slick appearance, it can handle rougher terrain and drier trails and it comes in a variety of sizes to accommodate different terrain. It is quite lightweight for its size and has a full-width puncture protection layer, although this may also be partly the reason why it isn't particularly supple or comfortable to ride. How does it stack up against the best gravel tyres?
Continental Revo Sealant review
Continental Revo Sealant is an ammonia- and protein-free tyre sealant aimed towards mountain bikes and larger-volume tyres. It is suitable for use as a standard tubeless sealant or in tubes. It performs well, with minimal air loss and a long-lasting solution that places it among the best tubeless sealants on the market.
DT Swiss GR 1600 Spline wheelset review
The DT Swiss GR 1600 Spline are a fantastic all-purpose aluminium wheelset that balances performance with reliability. Although they may not be the lightest, stiffest or cheapest option in the best gravel wheelset market, there isn't much to fault as a package.
milKit Tubeless Tyre Sealant review
milKit is a tubeless sealant with a few distinctive characteristics. It is a long-lasting solution that coats the inside of the tyre rather than remaining fluid. It performed in line with the best tubeless tyre sealants during our test for an extended period of time.
Weldtite Tubeless Sealant review
Weldtite Tubeless Sealant is a water-based option with benefits. Not only is it CO2 compatible, it remains in liquid form for months without showing any signs of drying out. The smaller bottle has a few neat features, but the overall sealing performance is lacking during our puncture tests which affects its rating among the best tubeless sealants.
Levati XC32 wheelset review
The Levati XC32 wheelset's insanely low weight is impressive but the wheels go beyond that with a reasonably wide carbon rim offering good tyre support and a build that has proven to be sturdy and reliable. Are they a genuine contender among the best mountain bike wheels read on to find out.
